This is TARDamask pattern by an artist Rosemary Travale that I converted for TS3. As seen in the preview, the pattern is fully CAStable and can be found under the fabric category. I made the third channel as a dirt layer for a rustic look, but you can also “hide” it by simply adjusting its color like I did to the single sofa.
